We are 100% Free Range The deer are wild! There is no high fence or pens, tranquilized deer, or deer tied to a tree. You have to actually hunt! The weather is harsh at times here in SE Kansas with temps from
0-1000 F. Kansas is harsh "So suck it up or stay home!" The average wind speed is 10-15mph so that is your average hunting day. If your are expecting to be coddled and want spa treatment go to a spa! If you want to hunt deer in a pen pay $20,000+ and go do that, or buy a rack on E-Bay. Our deer qualify for Pope & Young/B&C, penned deer don't! So don't even try to say I have killed 200" B&C deer unless you have done it on a deer without an ear tag. We want real hunters with real expectations and tolerable egos. To be successful out here you need to hunt hard! Some days you see 40 deer some days you see 1. Our stand sitting/ per kill is about 20 stand hours. So that tells you how long our rifle guys sat last year. Getting out of the stand/blind at 8:30am and walking around will ensure you go home early and empty handed! The guys who kept at it succeeded, the guys that didn't whined at went home. So with that being said the cost is up front. No checks! No pay half now/half later! No pay if you kill, don't even ask. We have a limited number of spots so the cost is Non-Refundable! If you cause problems we retain the right to send you home with no compensation of any kind for any reason. All tags and licensing are the responsibility of the hunter. Happy Hunting.
